How do I reset the passwords for all the users at once? An issue arose that requires me to do this however, since I have over 500 users, resetting the passwords individually is time consuming. Is there a way to do this for all at once?

The only way to reset all user's passwords is to do something like this in phpmyadmin or write a script.
UPDATE users SET password='SOMEPASSWORDHERE' WHERE userid > 1
This of course will set all user's except the admin user number 1 to whatever password you want. However the value you place in the line above must be md5 of the password you want to use
Here is a script you can download and place on your server which will reset your password for user's to whatever you enter in the box for all user's except you.

The script worked. :) Thank you.
I don't know what you mean by "md5" but I'm going to guess that it has something to do with notifying the members of the change.
As a suggestion, it might be a good upgrade to include an option to reset all users passwords as an option.

md5 is a one way encryption routine ;)
Thats why I wrote up the script real quick as most people would not understand when I say you need to md5 your password.
