View Full Version : Can't access member's area after license renewal

I renewed my PhotoPost license in March of this year. I just tried to access the member's area with no luck. To make matters worse, I also tried to have my password emailed to me and got "email address not in database".

I am looking at my receipt as I type this message. The email address that I used to renew my license is clearly listed in the receipt, yet is missing from your database.

I need to get this problem resolved quickly.

You can send an email to sales@photopost.com to find out the email you used on file. More than likely your using some other email addy. All our licenses have emails attached to them.
