I have a user that is unable to log in. PhotoPost tells them that login was successful but they are not presented with the upload links. When I go in, I can see that they are not logged in. I was able to log in as that user, however.

The user is logging in via a dial up connection. Could that be related to the problem?

The version we're using is 4.8c (the site is a summer camp and I will upgrade them when the season is over).

If you have one user, then the problem is likely a cookie issue; if they are blocking cookies then we cannot keep the user logged in. Make sure they are not blocking cookies - if this is only happening to one user, its likely their setup and not PhotoPost.

Thanks, I'll follow up. I only have on registered user because the app is used by a camp to upload camp photos. Everyone else views without loggin in.
