View Full Version : Upgrade problem - MySQL?

The attached jpg shows the error message I got when running upgrade.php. I am u/g 5.03 > 5.1. I presume this is a mysql permissions issue, and the ISP has not reset some when rebuilding our server.

Thats fine just means you cant delete those files through the script just delete those files by ftp

Are you saying I need to manually delete adm-userg.php + adm-approve.php + adm-db.php and adm-menu.php?
Surely they are needed or are they now redundant, as I noticed there are a lot less files in 5.1 /photopost compared with 5.03? Why was permission denied, is there something that needs fixing with permissions?

They are redundant
permissions for scripts to delete vary by server not much you can change on that

I deleted the 4 files and then all I had was the header. No list of folders and no thumbnails. I have gone back to v5.03 now.

Those 4 files are not used by Photopost 5.1. I can only assume you did not upload all the new files.
