I have had photopost for some time now, its re-installed on my new server, but since moving to australia etc i no longer have the details sent to me when i bought it, how do i get support help for a tech question i have?

Go to the members area and try signing in.

Instead of entering the info hit cancel and it will take you to the page to enter your email that is in our database to send your info to and you will be emailed a copy of login info

thats the thing, i dont use the same email anymore, the fustrating thing is thats its most likely a really simple problem to resolve

You would need to send off an email to custserv@photopost.com and you would need to verify as much info as possible with them about the license and ask them to change the email on record.

You may need to validate yourself but that should be no problem.
