You need to make sure those index files exist and that the data/uploads directories are 777

Thats not an issue really
You need to use the header-inc.php to pull VB header over so you can use the vb stylesheets

Me again :( ok that worked, but now all of the links for the navbar and the header logo, point to the gallery folder.

Yes in the installation forum here read the VB3 Integration FAQ
You need to modify your VB template and correct their relative paths

Ok, I fixed all the navbar errors except the one's that have drop down menus. I'm not sure what is causing this. It didn't do it before the database crashed and we reinstallled everything.
Here is the link to the gallery:
getting errors on lines 366, 415, 418, 851 which 366,415,418 are in $navbar.
Line 365 - <td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="/forum/html.php?file=Sponsors.html&title=Our%20Sponsors">Site Sponsors</a></td>
Line 367 - <td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="/forum/arcade.php?">Arcade</a></td>
Line 414 - BLANK LINE
Line 416 - BLANK LINE
Line 417 - BLANK LINE
Line 419 - BLANK LINE
Line 849 - <!--
Line 851 - vBulletin_init();
Line 852 -
Line 853 - // Initialize 'Active' Table Cells
Line 854 - //activecells_init();
Line 855 - //-->
They are all class="vbmenu_control" and I'm not sure why the last one is showing up.
