I know what you are saying I am just saying there is no permission on this
vb forum that specifically says users can not post without first having 15 posts that I know of.
I already searched before I responded. I searched category,usergroup and even all global permissions for 15 there is no setting. I can only assume that is something hard coded in like I said.
You can surely post an attachment and you can surely type out a link without the http part.
