We upgraded successfully with no errors, but we have this problem with the frontend and in our admin we have this message PhotoPost Classifieds 5.23 Now Available!

PhotoPost Classifieds Administration Menu
There is no option generate vbulletin plugin xml in the admin
I have done the upgrade by uploaded the files in the same folder and started install/upgrade.php
What have I done wrong?
