I am going to guess this is the url you are referring to?
Only thing I would suggest is check the users usergroup and the permissions you have set for those groups.
Maybe there group has permission to see the main group but you have removed viewing permission for there group to see those subcats.
That is the only thing I can think of here. The link I posted above I am viewing your site as a guest and can see everything fine. I even used the user login Photopost which is still valid on your site and I see things the same way either logged in or logged out.
