That would be considered a modification and not part of the core code since your talking about your forum not our program. Something easily done though you could probally do it as a sidebar block and that would be displayed on every
vb page. You might want to check the plugin and mods forums to see what is posted there.
There is already a recent reviews on vb4 cms so I am sure you can probally find some mod you can modify to suit your needs
