Do you have examples?
You did follow the directions upload the install folder set all 3 xml files to 777? You then ran the generate xml from our admin panel and downloaded it. You then upload that completed file to vbulletin?
Your error says there is no such file at that path and if your path is correct there indeed is a config-intc.php file in our code.
Looking at your error I would think your path is wrong personally look at your forum path?
