As good as WestHost's help is, I seem to be going round in circles with this. I've got two business accounts with WestHost, and have found them very good until now.
I really don't want to go onto a Cloud server (they're suggesting that) because of the extra cost.
Now, what about this?
As I say, I've actually got two business accounts with them, and they're on different physical servers - both of them are the same in terms of features, so my thought was to install PhotoPost on the other server and give it a try to see what happens.
If it doesn't work, then we'll know there's something globally wrong with their shared servers.
On the other hand, if it does work, then it could mean that there's a problem with the server on which PhotoPost is installed. If that's the case, then I could ask them to move me onto a different server.
What do you think?
