The proper mod security exceptions were added to the sections of your site having problems. If you are still experiencing timeout issues, it will either be with the way the content is coded, or PHP configuration. The PHP configuration can be edited to your liking and you were given links in a previous email with all the necessary information to do so.
As far as trying out a cloud account, we do not have any experimentation or trial means to offer you. If you wish to have a cloud VPS, we may be able to give you a discount coupon for when you order the new service. Just let us know if you would like to take that route.
