That error means you have not properly rendered the vbulletin plugin xml per the install instructions. Please read the install instructions in the documentations folder of the code the part about the vb4 plugins and do them up correctly and install them to
vb and you will be fine. It looks like you did not generate the plugin but install a clean one that does not have your site info in it.
