Sounds to me like you have a corrupt image what image does it stop on have you checked that image out and deleted it if necessary?
what image processor do you have? This is not a bug. The error you are noting say your using GD2 and your trying to resize an image your gd2 does not support. maybe try installing and using Imagemagick.
