I would suspect you did not update all your files. I am using 5.22 and see an advanced editor
If you are ultra sure your using 5.22
try deleting the
js directory from your server. Reupload from the downloaded 5.22 code the
js directory and then reupload and overwrite your pp-inc.php global file.
The issue your reporting is from a 5.1 issue with an earlier tinymce install.
