Few small issues to get my installation going.
I would think with the issues your not reporting your plugins are not being configured from permissions not being set.
If you install the plugins into vbulletin look under your plugin manager find the classifieds plugin and find the global variables plugin. Under there we list all the server paths database info. This stuff is filled in when you generate the plugins and permissions are right. If your info is not right in that variables section then you will have issues trying to get things working right.
If you continue to have issues you will need to send us info to look at things as I am running the latest our code and
vb as well and this does work
