Your upload page loaded fine your issue is your custom vb4 header which does not conform to the vb4.2 standards. Your not loading the vb4 navbar and sub navbar where your photopost menu appears.
I have thus enabled the old style menubar template in photopost that loads if your
vb is less than 4.2
