If a photo is resized sure this information is stripped as we posted when you last asked this question.
Camera's do include exif information on photos taken by them and you can extract exif information from a photo when it is uploaded that is a totally separate option you can setup.
But as previously posted any photo that is resized whether you use GD2 or Imagemagick when an image processor resized a photo down in size that info would not be retained.
