You really should never touch configuration settings unless your sure what settings go in there to replace a config file.
To answer your support question though as to why your header image does not show on showphoto or other pages than index is because your header html your using relative links to images not FULL URLS.
You are not using vbulletin so you would never turn on any
vb options. I think I got ya all fixed up but if you break it again you will need to purchase an install service.
