To apply viewing permissions you need to actually be viewing a script.

Like I said if you post a direct url to a picture like say this

http://www.photopost.com/photopost/d...12IMAG0002.JPG

Everyone will be able to view it that is how the internet works. To apply permissions of some sort you need to be running a script designed to apply such permissions. You can not control permissions on some other site.
