We are thinking of developing another photo site and have some questions:

1 - Can a user sign up, post photo's in a 'private' area and then post img links on OTHER forum sites to these private photo's allowing only selected people to view them on the OTHER site? Can this user select these people themselves? My guess is these other selected people would need to have an account on my site also and be logged in to authenticate and see these private photos on the other site????

2 - Can we have different membership levels (ie level 1 free image posting up to 10 photos or 10 mb. level 2 allows 1000 photos or 1000mb but must pay a fee, level 3 is unlimited with a fee also). Can this be automated member registration and payment retrieval?
