I will quote myself:
Its another usability feature. I don't suggest removing it from the drop menu, because that is a great spot for it too, but it most certainly should be on the edit page because it is a usability feature.
This isn't a matter of an opinion but actual usability. I don't know why you are trying to argue this. The fact that it isn't on the edit page is ridiculous. No one is saying it shouldn't be in the drop menu because its great there. It SHOULD be on the edit page for the OP to access when editing the ad though. The same was true for showing the cost of the enhancements. The goal is to make these scripts as user friendly as possible. Editable features should be on the edit page. That's why I thought this was a bug. What is the logic behind not showing the prices and surprising a member that it requires payment for that feature when they edit an ad? Why omit the option to change the email preferences from the edit page? What is the logic behind that? It doesn't benefit anyone to not have these items shown but it does benefit every user when they are there. I go back to the key word here, usability. I really am trying to understand the logic behind not having this stuff shown but simply can't wrap my head around it. Why would you want to leave out features that are directly related to the ad from the edit page?
