This error get when i try to upgrade:

Preparing to update database...
Error performing MySQL command: INSERT INTO pp_settings VALUES (139, 'Number of Next/Preview Images on Showphoto?', 'prevnum', 'Enter the number of preview images you wish to show. Default is 5', '5', 27, 5)
Error: Duplicate entry '139' for key 'PRIMARY'

Upgrade complete! You need to remove the upgrade.php script for security reasons before continuing.

is this a hugh problem
