Yep the activity stream is cool there is just no documentation on it.
In fact the navigation menu had no documentation either. I was lucky enough a customer of ours actually got into the beta cycle and got enough documentation where things could get done for that.
Since I wrote all the vb4 plugins anyway for our products rest assured if I can find a way I will.
