I ended up paying for a PRO INSTALL. I could not wait 2 hours between replies. If version 3.2 or whatever is available please install the latest one and make it work along with the settings we have now, thanks in advance.
There was NO reimport options is the reason I started this thread, perhaps rewrite your "instructions". Not every customer is a technical wizard.
