1) We had old plugins we had removed them all here is the plugins installed

PhotoPost Pro 8.0
Skimlinks Plugin 4.1.11
Sphinx Search for vB4.X 1.0
vBSEO 3.6.0
vBulletin Blog 4.1.11 (Disabled)
vBulletin CMS (Disabled)

2) running upgrade 7.0x/8.0 fixed the # 2 problem.
