There has been no decision to abandon vbGallery. We are a small company with only a few people and 4 software products.

vbGallery 3.01 works with vbulletin 4.x series so nothing is wrong there. We have actually made sure to resolve any issues we have found. The one thing we do not support is the new ckEditor just because we would need more time then we need in the middle of other products to devote the time needed to support that new editor. Other than that vbGallery or Pro work fine with vbulletin 4.

As far as developement I have posted this here before though your link is not the one I am talking about. Once Michael is done with Pro he will turn to vbGallery but this takes time. Right now we are working on mobile phone support for both PhotoPost Pro and PhotoPost Classifieds plus Classifieds is in beta.

At most any of our products only get one go round of the development cycle once a year or year and a half depending.

When and if there is a time when the owner of the company decides to pull a product it will be posted here.
