There is no such option for reviewpost
Actually the basic thing for PP we are scraping and going to do something internal using a stylesheet and lighter templates like
vb does with there mobile viewing. Michael and I are working on some things for Pro and I am working on Classifieds right now as that is the product that is in beta and changes I make to the gallery for mobile would be added to there and once I am done with that I will move to ReviewPost.
