I get some kind of forum config.php error as you have edited your
vb config file and left white space after the closing ?> tag I think.
You can read the upgrade documentation in the documentations folder of the downloaded code as our announcement states for upgrade instructions. You have not generated the new plugins and installed them in vbulletin yet.
