When I first tried to run the install, the page that came up was blank so I made this change:
vbgallery_install.php not running

The when I tried to run the install, the page came up and the default option was to "Upgrade". I ran it and when it was finished the admincp appeared. There were no other questions during the install.

I just checked the ppgal_settings table for the value of the variable gallery_version. It is 2.4.3.
