You can check in your ppgal_settings table in your
vb database using phpmyadmin the value of the variable gallery_version.
what happens if you run the upgrade?
basically I am looking to answers to questions I have asked a few times here so I know how to answer. I have done plenty of upgrades installs so I know the issue is not there nor do I have site info listed here for us to look so all my replies are generic in nature.
