No Images to Display

When I try to upload a large image JPG, I am getting a “No Image to Display: when the upload seems to be done. I can upload smaller images.

I have tried changing my resize program to GD2 and ImageMagic and they both have the same results.

The larger file is 6,562 KB that will not upload is set below the limits I have.

I have my jpg file types set to
6.86 MB
Max width 1080
Max Height 1024

Could this have something to do with a file limit size set in PHP?
