In admin manage addons I have the option to show mass delete for users and I am viewing my profile I see nothing so I do not know if I am in the right place. I am not totally familiar with every last vbgallery option since I do not personally use the product.
I can pull up the page directly that is not an issue. I can verify your issue I just do not see how one gets there.
I will search the plugins and see if I can see anything that might be out of place with permissions.
