My forum is still in development and turned off at the moment. I can provide you a login if it is likely a bug.

If you edit the description and put in some bold or italics or a bullet list then save, will that formatting appear correctly or not at all?
For example, here is a screenshot of what a review upload looks like in the tiny editor window and what it looks like when you view it.
