Are you referring to the news script that says the latest version? I will pass that along to the developer for that specific script but you have no issues as there was no upgrade script.
There are no plans to further develop the vbulletin 3 series software. I beleive they will fix any bugs but the vbulletin 3 series is end of life. The vbGallery 3.0 software is the new next rendition of the product and is written for the
vb 4.0 series software.
