I am not aware of any type of scripting to do that. There is no import scripts released by our company to move vbgallery data into another new forum install. vbGallery is an addon to vbulletin and basically becomes part of the vbulletin you install it with. You can move your forum to a new server quite easily but to just take the gallery data and move it to a new install that type of functionality does not exist.
