I am not sure of what your issue might be. It sounds like your reporting some issue with your forum not the gallery. You seem to be able to upload a video and view it so no problem there.
How exactly in every detail are you getting your issue.
I uploaded a video on your site since I was the one who did your install. I viewed it and then went to your forum everything seems to work fine.
