I have users tell me that they get a notice to renew an ad and they click on the link in the email, but when they get to their ad they can't find any place or link to actually "renew" the ad.
Here's one such question I got today:
I got an email message today telling me to click on a link to renew an ad on TDPRI that is about to expire. Then, I see no way to do this. Can someone explain how to "renew" an ad? Thanks.
I never really know what to tell them when they ask -- because I have no idea how it works either.
For some unknown reason the PP Classifieds application don't show when an ad is set to expire. And, I sure don't see any way to relist or renew the ad.
Could you please tell me what to tell my users about how they are to respond to the email that they receive telling them to renew their ad?
