I can't see VBgallery Tab on admincp

I am a new user of Vbgallery,i am using vb4.1.1 and 3.5.2 vbseo.I install vbgallery but i can't see any tab about with Vbgallery on admincp and also i have a another problem that When i upload my images,ı saw a empty picture.I did not write anything to FTP user section.is it about with this reason ? What is wrong ?
