Well, I know duplicates are normal and Character Set not working for 4.0 sql but for some reason my problem originates around the phrases.

Oh and I did try to upgrade from 3.0+ since I read thats when the phrases we added.

It seems to start with there errors....

Seems phrases are not getting added or never got added. Like I said I ran the upgrade from 3.0 forward but no luck.

DB is correct and so is the user and password. If I replace the old 3.1 pp-inc.php file the classifieds looks fairly normal. If I use the new pp-inc.php I get a white page so Im leaving the old 3.1 in place until I get an answer here.
