additionally, you will have to do i minor fileedit in displayimage.php
Gallery broken since VB upgrade 4.1
(this will fix the broken images)

also in vbulletin 4.11 go to vbulletin options and turn off:
Site Name / URL / Contact Details
and set Always use Forum URL as Base Path to NO
this will fix the bad links.
