I get errors through out the upgrade process.

No tables are added in the upgrade process not lang and phrases
Some errors are
Error: Table 'geirinn.cp_phrases' doesn't exist
Error: Duplicate column name 'ugnopay'
Error: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
I can't see current version number in cp_settings table
