I even DELETED the file now off the server.. It's taken down the OTHER server down now! THAT server is now at 8.09 (4 cpus)

I have 1 website which is currently being active on 1 server, it then is subdomained onto another server, well server 1 is now CRASHED and server 2 (which the new site is on and what the gallery is installed on) is at 2.03 (1 cpu)

I checked the logs after I crashed the other server and this is what is shows.

Now the adm-cats.php did exist at that time (was before I CHMOD and then Deleted it).
