There is no border because its based off the
vb style. If I go to the forum there really is no border around different cells.
There is a horizontal rule between table rows in certain things like whos online but no border around things so thats why you dont have one.
You can try switching to vbgallery if you want to check out that product which is made only for vb4 and may have its individual style classes. Pro only wraps our content in vb4 styled boxes like the forum display whos online.
