The current codes in the header.htm is:

<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="880" align="center">
<tr>
<td align="center">
<object data="http://www.photopost.com/forum/images/christmas-banner-snowing-1.gif" type="image/gif"
</td>
</tr>
</table>

I've tried to use the default header.htm and footer.htm with the other settings unchanged yield the same result.

For the url it is Main Index - ReviewPost
