PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Upgraded to 7.0.3, lost browse button for uploads

Since I upgraded, there is no longer the browse button to pick a photo to upload.

I get the option to choose which gallery to add to, add key words, enter a title and whether to allow peopl to rate and add comments to my photo, but no way to choose my photo.
