I updated it successfully this time. The problem still the same when the user click the friends tab, no friends list shows and the page is empty. Any other solution?

Also I think the (reported forum) option in the control panel doesn't work, since I chose one from the drop down menu, but no threads were created or anything changed when the members post photos or write comments.
