what usergroup is this user set to?
Did you by mistake install as some other integration than
vb?
Reason I ask is in
vb we set control panel access only to usergroup 6 then you go in and set permissions for groups in our admin panel
seems to me somehow you have moderator only permissions which seems a little off since we do not set moderator permissions on a fresh install only admin access to usergroup 6 which is administrators
