I have yours installed
It's what I used as an example. I also managed to figure out why mine was not collapsing. It was rather late last night, and I did not realise that the name of the two ids in the block ought to be related.
So my collapse id was "collapse_a", and my second id was "a_foo". Changing the collapse id to "collapse_a_foo" did the trick for me
